Buzz Hockey Online Session Registration

Complete the on-line registration form below and click “submit” at the bottom of the page. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail which you should print and mail together with your $200 (per player) non-refundable deposit. If you are registering for our men's clinic, the $200 is NOT required, but the complete session fee of $150.

THE $200 DEPOSIT ONLY APPLIES TO SUMMER SESSIONS.

Sessions which do not cost $200 are only required to send in the session price for that session. Checks should be made payable to BUZZHOCKEY. Registrations and deposits should be mailed to P.O. Box 47894, Plymouth, MN 55447.

This form DOES NOT reserve a session spot until deposit and accompanying Confirmation Page are received.
