Register for any BUZZHOCKEY skills session or any 3 V 3 league by completing and mailing in the form linked below.
Download and complete our registration form then mail it together with your $200 (per player) non-refundable deposit. THE $200 DEPOSIT ONLY APPLIES TO SUMMER SESSIONS. Sessions which do not cost $200 are only required to send in the session price for that session.
Checks should be made payable to BUZZHOCKEY and mailed with the registration to:
